I am extremely angry that the flowers I ordered for my friend's birthday today were NEVER delivered! I expect my money to be refunded ASAP. This is a fraudulent company and I want to warn future customers. I even called the company last night and today and even waited over a half hour on the phone to speak with someone to confirm that my order had been processed and that the flowers were going to be delivered.
